What is SuperData?

SuperDATA™ is an HMI/SCADA package designed for the Heat Treat Market. SuperDATA™ contains a communication module, data logging module, Custom Display system and Trend Charting system.

SuperDATA™ can be coupled with SSi’s SPP (Single Point Recipe Programmer) and PC Programmer Software for a complete Batch Furnace Recipe Control system.

SuperDATA™ Displays are custom applications tailored to your Heat Treat and Data Display requirements.

SuperDATA™ can display data from the SDIO communications system as well as data from custom or existing databases.

Load Entry

Clicking the FCE Load Button on the Furnace view opens the “Load Furnace” Screen. This screen allows the operator to enter a load number, part number and quantity, recipe number and remarks. When load entry is completed, the operator clicks the button to save the Load Record and start the Recipe program.

The Load Record keeps track of the Load in the Load Database. When the Recipe program ends, the Load complete time will automatically be updated in the Database. Load Entry and Tracking can be customized to fit your requirements.

Program Control

Clicking on the ‘Prog Control” button in the Furnace Display opens the Recipe Program Control Screen. From this screen the operator can change:

Clicking on the PC Programmer button on the Furnace Screen links to the PC Programmer, a powerful recipe management system for SSi’s Single Point Recipe Programmer.

SuperDATA Recorder

Clicking on a Trend Chart button in the Furnace Screen will open the SuperDATA Recorder with the selected trend screen.

SuperDATA Recorder

SuperDATA Recorder is a full featured “paperless” chart recorder that displays real time and historical logged data. All process data logged by the SDIO communication system is available for display in a Trend Chart. Several years of data may be accessed quickly.

Displays data in Trend Chart View or Tabular View. Prints charts or exports data to files for Excel etc. Creates and saves custom charts. Scrolls through historical data or goes directly to a given date. Cursor, Zoom and Pan functions. Displays process statistics for a given variable. Direct link to SuperDATA Alarm recorder. Select Trend Chart View from 1 Hour to 7 Days. Links directly to the Load Tracking database.

Load List Report

Clicking on the Load List Report button opens a Load List Report forthe selected Furnace (or All Furnaces) and the selected time period. The report may be printed or exported to a file.

Selected Load Trend Report

Clicking on the Load Trend Report Button will open SD Recorder in the “Historical Load” mode for the selected Load, Furnace and Load In and Out times. In place of scroll buttons below the chart, the Database Information for the Load is displayed and may be edited.

Clicking the Load Alarm Report button will open the Alarm Reporter for the Selected Load, Furnace and Load in and out times
