Increase the accuracy of atmosphere gas samples
The most important aspect of gas sampling is to get a clean, uncontaminated sample. Our CERMET sample tubes (available in 600mm and 1000mm lengths) ensure that no nickel catalyses the atmosphere during sampling, and contains a high temperature window so that the operator can verify visually that the tube remains free of soot and moisture at all times during sampling.
The accuracy achieved by using our sample tubes allows the IR readings to be used as a process "calibration" value, as required by the CQI-9 automotive and AMS2750D aerospace standards.
