Atmosphere Engineering’s Electronic Flow Measurement and Control Instruments
The AEC FurnaceMeter is a precision flow measurement instrument designed specifically to meet the rugged requirements of industrial heat-treatment applications. The FurnaceMeter utilises precision, field-proven and certifiable differential pressure flow measurement technology.
The advanced calibration and display module includes integrated flow rate alarm and totalisation functions. In addition, every FurnaceMeter comes complete with a calibration certificate to meet ISO and QS quality systems. Features and benefits include:
- Manual or electronic flow control valve
- Precision flow measurement and control
- NIST traceable 10 point calibration with every meter
- In-situ Calibration Certification meets CQI-9 requirements
- Integrated flow alarm (flow switch)
- Integrated flow totaliser
- Bright LED flow rate / set point display
- Analog control and feedback signals (4-20mA)
- Serial communications and configuration software
- No fragile sight glass tubes, oil or float assemblies to maintain
- Calibration can be certified in-situ and without disassembly
- Retrofit existing flow measurement equipment without additional piping
